Subject: Updated EMBOSS web interface

EMBOSS is now available via the new EMBOSS Explorer web interface.

EMBOSS Explorer: EMBOSS suite of over a 100 bioinformatics tools will be available through the EMBOSS Explorer instead of the separate PISE web-pages. It provides access to all the emboss tools, is easy to maintain and has a user-friendly interface
