The Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics provides access to several bioinformatics analysis software through the command line. A CGB Research Computing account is required to access the software. To request an account please use our support form.

Users can connect to research.cgb.indiana.edu via an SSH client (e.g. ssh username@research.cgb.indiana.edu)
