Software Tools

The CGB provides access to bioinformatics analysis software through several web-based interfaces. These web interfaces provide a better interface than the original command line. Some of the available tools are restricted to IU researchers only because of commercial license agreements.

Software Overview

The Software by Function section offers a more intuitive and thorough overview of what each sequence analysis program can be used for, and includes documentation, notes, and links for each application. The available tools are broken down into several categories. Finding the right tool is simple; pick a category to match the analysis you're interested in.
