When I try executing the program OligoArray2.jar it says 'Exception in thread "main" java.util.zip.ZipException: No such file or directory'. What should I do?

Try running the command without java -jar, like
'OligoArray2.jar -h'
Otherwise it looks for the jar file in your current working directory, which is not present there. All this is done after executing 'use oligo' or 'use molbio' command to initialize your environment.
